We sincerely hope that everyone who has made a booking for our tours will be able to participate. However, we understand that you may have to change your plans due to unavoidable reasons, even though you are looking forward to the tour.

In such cases, we will gladly reschedule your booking for another available tour if you wish. Please contact us to arrange this.

If you cancel your reservation, cancellation fees will be applied as follows:

withdrawal from 7 until 4 days preceding the departure date: 30% of the total amount
withdrawal from 3 until 2 days preceding the departure date: 40% of the total amount
withdrawal from 1 day until 18:00 preceding the departure date: 50% of the total amount
withdrawal from 18:00 until departure day and no-show: 100%.
